Chapter 10 Accident

Chapter 10 Accident
After returning from vacation, everyone seems a little depressed.

There is a term in later generations called holiday syndrome.

However, Liu Zhou was still full of energy. After all, he had a goal in mind and was more motivated to do things.

Because he had to attend classes at the Beijing Film Academy, Liu Zhou has been very busy recently and even played less basketball. Liu Ye even came to him specifically for this, but Liu Zhou dealt with him.

Liu Zhou didn't want so many people to know that he wanted to be a director and go to Beijing Film Academy to take classes, so he almost acted alone during this period.

There were many classes scheduled for the freshman year and everyone was busy. Although the classmates were a little curious about why Liu Zhou was often nowhere to be found, they did not ask him about it.

Liu Zhou came to Beijing Film Academy to attend classes and thought he would be recognized by the teacher, but he found that he was overthinking.

Although there are not many students in the directing department of Beijing Film Academy, there are many people from other majors who come to take classes, so the teacher ignored Liu Zhou, a new face.

This is the good thing about university: classes are freer and more inclusive.

The access control was not very strict at that time, and even people from outside the school could come in and take classes.

Liu Zhou was of course happy to see such a situation.

In order to go to Beijing Film Academy for classes more conveniently, Liu Zhou specially bought a bicycle.

I originally wanted to buy a mobile phone, but when I thought about the extremely expensive prices of mobile phones nowadays and the speed of mobile phone upgrades in the next few years, I resisted the urge to buy one.

Time slowly came to the end of October. Autumn had already arrived in the capital and the leaves in the school had begun to turn yellow.

On October 25, Liu Zhou went to Xinhua Bookstore specifically and bought the latest issue of "Nepenthes" magazine.

I opened the catalog, found the youth literature column, and saw that my novel had been officially published.

Originally Liu Zhou thought he would be calm, but he found that he still couldn't keep his composure and couldn't suppress his joy.

Besides, why should we suppress our happy mood?

With an involuntary smile on his face, Liu Zhou happily rode his bicycle to the Beijing Film Academy classroom.

After class, Liu Zhou did not rush back this time. He had been to Beijing Film Academy so many times, but had not yet visited the school in detail.

The campus of Beijing Film Academy is not very big, but at least it is bigger than that of the Central Academy of Drama.

While strolling around the Beijing Film Academy, Liu Zhou couldn't help but compare his alma mater with this school.

Although the campus of the Central Academy of Drama is not big, it has more ivory tower characteristics than other art colleges and has a strong cultural flavor. It can be said that both the cultural and academic atmosphere are much better, and it has a strong sense of history.

Compared with the more serious style of the Central Academy of Drama, the Beijing Film Academy is more free.

The two institutions have completely different styles. Students sometimes look down on each other but also admire each other, which is quite contradictory.

Liu Zhou has been to Beijing Film Academy so many times, but has never met a person who became famous in later generations. I don’t know if it’s because he came and went too hastily or because he was just unlucky.

But today, while strolling leisurely, I still didn't meet any one. At the Central Academy of Drama, Liu Zhou often met stars who are well-known to later generations.

On the way back, Liu Zhou also rode slowly. When passing Anhe Bridge, he looked at the endless flow of cars under the bridge and felt like life was just a grand process.

Liu Zhou didn't know why he suddenly had so many thoughts. Maybe these were just thoughts that arose in a specific situation.

A familiar voice suddenly came, awakening Liu Zhou who was staring at the bridge in a daze.

"Don't follow me. I'm not interested in being your girlfriend. Please don't disturb me." The girl said impatiently.

Liu Zhou looked back and saw a tall girl talking loudly to a man not far away. The man was whispering something that Liu Zhou couldn't hear clearly.

Seeing this, Liu Zhou immediately stepped forward and said:
"Li Zi, why are you here? Is this your classmate? Why haven't I seen him before?"

When Zeng Li heard the voice and looked up to see Liu Zhou, she felt as if she had seen a savior. She immediately came to Liu Zhou's side and affectionately took Liu Zhou's arm.

This made Liu Zhou a little confused. He didn't know when they became so familiar with each other, but the softness he felt on his arm made him reluctant to pull away. Liu Zhou only heard Zeng Li say to the man just now:

"This is my boyfriend Liu Zhou. Stop bothering me. I've already told you that it's impossible for us to be together."

Seeing this, the man said loudly:

"Impossible. I've never heard that you have a boyfriend at school. You must have found him to act."

After listening to their conversation, Liu Zhou probably guessed what had happened.

I never expected that I would encounter such a ridiculous thing just by daydreaming. It's really laughable.

"Dude, nothing is impossible, it's just that you don't want to believe it."

Liu Zhou was also in a dramatic mood at this time, and continued:

"I didn't know you were bothering my girlfriend before, but now I know, please stop bothering her, and don't say rude things like 'we haven't gotten married yet, you still have a chance'.

Next time if I see you pestering Li Zi, I won't talk to you in such a nice way. You should understand that this involves a man's dignity."

The man opposite had his face flushed red after hearing what Liu Zhou said. Liu Zhou didn't know if he was angry and was going to attack him, so he took a step forward and protected Zeng Li behind him.

"Senior Brother Huang, I really don't have any feelings for you. I appreciate your kindness, but we are really not suitable. I don't want my boyfriend to misunderstand me. Please don't keep pestering me. We are all students in the same school. There is no need to make a fool of ourselves." Zeng Li sighed and said sincerely.

The senior brother Huang opposite looked at Zeng Li who was hugging Liu Zhou's arm tightly, then looked at Liu Zhou again, then looked deeply at the two people in front of him, and then walked away without saying a word.

Zeng Li breathed a sigh of relief only after the people walked away.

"Okay, you can let me go now. Is my shield useful?" Liu Zhou teased.

Liu Zhou didn't have any extra thoughts at all, nor did he feel embarrassed or angry. What's more, the two of them were friends, so it was understandable that Zeng Li used him as a shield under such circumstances.

When Zeng Li heard Liu Zhou's words, she immediately let go of Liu Zhou's arm, then suddenly thought of something and her pretty face turned slightly red.

"Liu Zhou, why are you here?"

"I was resting in the dormitory, but I calculated that I could be a hero and save the beauty at Anhe Bridge, so I came here immediately to wait. I didn't expect that I would actually wait for her."

"Can you please stop being so poor!"

"Okay, I was just passing by here, and I was stunned for a while when I suddenly saw you. By the way, where is Yuan Quan? Aren't you two inseparable? Why are you alone today?"

"She went home today."

"No wonder, are you going back to school?"

"Go back."

"If you don't mind, you can ride back with me on my bike."

"Of course I don't mind."

Sitting on the back of the bicycle, Zeng Li couldn't help but ask:

"Aren't you curious about who that person was just now?"

"Not curious!"

"..."

On the Anhe Bridge, the lights were dim yellow, and traffic was whizzing past under the bridge. Two or three people were walking on the bridge, and bicycles were weaving through the crowd towards the Central Academy of Drama campus.
